This notice explains which personal data Goods Real Estate processes through this website, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It is prepared to meet our disclosure obligation under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Contact form
When you submit the contact form we receive your first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, chosen subject and message. In addition, the IP address of the device you submitted from is recorded.
Why the IP address: to verify that a human rather than a bot submitted the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to prevent more than five submissions per hour from the same address. It is not used for marketing.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and provide real estate consultancy. Legal basis: necessity for entering into or performing a contract at your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in delivering the service securely (art. 5/2-f).
Retention: form records are kept in Cloudflare's key-value store for 180 days so that no message is lost, and are deleted automatically afterwards. Your message is also delivered to our corporate mailbox; that correspondence is retained for as long as our relationship continues and for any period required by law.

We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. We rely on the following providers to run the site:

Visit statistics — cookieless
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts how often pages are viewed. It sets no cookies, performs no fingerprinting and does not track visitors across sites, so it does not require consent.
Optional analytics — consent based
Microsoft Clarity produces heatmaps and session recordings that show which parts of a page are read and where visitors struggle. It is loaded only if you choose "Accept". If you decline, the script is never added to the site and the cookies below are never created.

Clarity masks the values you type into form fields; your name, phone or e-mail do not appear in a session recording. It is nonetheless a tool that processes personal data, which is why it depends on your consent.

Your rights under KVKK
Under article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to, object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
